Omschrijving
One of the last Sagar mini-lux 57' Barges. Frédéric was completed in winter of 2007 and entered the water for the first time in spring 2008. 1400 Motor running time was given to Frédéric by French canals, Luxembourg and Germany. Frédéric is sold with full equipment. In 2013 and 2017 the underwater ship was rebuilt. 2013 2 layers of barrier coating + 2 layers of antifouling. 2016 2 layers of antifouling, as well as a new stern thruster. Frédéric is in absolutely top condidition inside and outside. 6 new AGM
Batteries 180Amp's 12V were installed Febr. 2017. new double filter Separ system 2017.
Wheelhouse dining table seats six, Stern cabin with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, Resin shower tray, shower door an porcelain hand basin, electric flush toilet to two stainless steel holding tank, Fore cabin large double bed with underbid storage, generous wardrobe, drawer and cupboard space, Oil fired central heating and lounge stove gives superb comfort and economy for all year living abroad. Aluminium insulated and lined 4 part wheelhouse roof, removable to allow sides ti be hinged down for low bridges. Galley has double oven, hob, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, canopy extract fan, LG resin worktop with plenty of drawer and cupboard.230 v AC shore power supply coupled through one to one Isolation transformer AC distribution box with RCD's MCB-s relay and timer for 13Amp ring main, ready to accept washing machine, air conditioning and gen set. 136 litre clarifier tank coupled to engine and heating wth 1,8.Kw immersion heater

fully collapsible, glazed in toughened glass with electric windscreen wiper, fully upholstered curved back seating units with lockers under, (plus drop-down seating sections with additional upholstery for same to form additional seating when required) Iroko wheelhouse table with drop leaf section to each side table.

pocket Sprung mattress on purpose build steel frame with beech sprung base.Bedhead, underbid drawer and storage space.Drawers and cupboards.
