Lagoon have made significant changes to rig and hulls to improve the sailing characteristics of this model. Most importantly, the mast and center of buoyancy of the hulls are much further aft. The bows are also very fine and vertical to maximise waterline length. Off wind, she will sail at better than 8 knots and race happily through the waves. The helm response and feedback are exceptional for a catamaran. This 39 is a pleasure to steer.
